I purchased this product as new, clearly described as new. They changed the website after, when I already paid. I emailed and called them several times before being dispatched, and they assured me, my new, or will the price of what my tax refund. I was afraid, because I used my Canadian credit card, so the exchange rate to be applied. Still, Amazon sent me a renewed, and after my return, returned the money only in the United States. So with the exchange rate back and forth I lost $ 29.71. It 'was clearly the fault of Amazon, who still refuse to pay me. Italian customers vary so! Do not stand for their fault! In fact, they rushed to send it, because if they fixed the site, they also lowered the price. Ever since I bought a brand new ASUS K601 for the price I pay for the renewed one. Cheaters!
